Do I need a referral?

Some insurance plans require that you have a referral in order to see a specialist. Your primary care physician will be able to assist you in obtaining a referral and forwarding any necessary medical records.

What do I need for my first appointment?

We want to make sure you are able to be seen quickly and on time. Please remember to bring your insurance card, a photo ID, list of medications, and any prior test results. Many of our forms are available online for you to complete prior to your visit.

What is a Cardiologist?

Cardiologists are physicians who treat the heart and its diseases using diagnostics and medication. They see patients who have both routine and complex cases of heart disease and heart conditions.

Do you offer language assistance?

Yes, we offer language assistance to those who English is not a first language and to those with disabilities. Should you require these services please contact the office prior to your appointment.

Can you contact my insurance to resolve a issue?

We will always do our best to resolve claims issues without involving the patient. Sometimes insurance companies will not process a claim because they are waiting on information from the patient. In these cases it is your responsibility to contact your insurance to provide them the required information. Your insurance contact information can be found on the back of your ID card.
